Bruschetta

Total Time: 15-20 Mins


Ingredients:

Bruschetta loafs
2 carrot
1 big capsicum(Green/Red/Yellow)
2 medium tomatoes
1 small size cucumber or zucchini
Jalapeno and Olives( Optional)
1/2 Tbsp Cumin powder
1 Tbsp Black pepper powder
Lemon juice as per taste
Salt as per taste
Mozzarella shredded cheese
Oregano, Chili flakes (Optional)

Method:
Finely chop all vegetables listed above(Can make variation with vegetable of your choice)
In one big bowl mix all chopped vegetables, add salt, lemon juice, cumin powder, pepper powder.
Make batter dry if possible. Some vegetables like cucumber will leave some water.
Take Bruschetta loaf and add some batter from bowl, garnish with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Put it into Preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Serve with oregano, red chili flakes.
