Total time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
Brown bread
1 cup Semolina(Soji/Rava)
4 Tbsp Fresh cream (Malai)
2 1/2 Tbsp Pizza/ Pasta sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chilly powder(Can use chilly flakes)
2 tsp Oregano(optional)
Vegetables (1 Capsicum, 1 large Onion, 1 Tomato, 1/2 Cucumber(optional), 3 Mushroom(optional))
Salt as per tasteWater as per requirement
Method:
Roast Semolina, take one bowl and add fresh cream, pizza sauce with semolina.
Add chopped vegetables, dry ingredients and mix well.
Add water to make proper batter.
Batter should not be too thin or too thick.We have used fresh cream for binding the ingredients and make comfortable cooking.
Take single piece of brown bread and apply this batter directly on one side with approximately 1 inch layer.
Heat Pan/Tawa with 1 tsp oil/butter.Put plain side of bread first at low flame.
As u find bread slice has became crispy then apply oil/butter at top side(batter side) and turn bread side.
Keep it for 2-3 minutes on low flame and serve it with Tomato sauce or chutney of your choice.
