1/2 tsp Mustard seeds, 1 tsp white seasame seeds for tadka(vaghar)
Grated dry/fresh coconut, Coriander for garnishing.

Method:

Mix gram flour, water and curd. Grind it in a hand mixer or mix it with ur hand.Add salt, asafoetida and mix it gently. Batter is ready to pour in a microwave safe dish. Microwave it for 2 minute then take the mixture out mix it gently so that no lumps remain there then again microwave it for 2 min take it out and again mix it; again put it in microwave and start that for more 2 min then again mix it and the last final call put it again in microwave for last 1minute. Take it out and mix it. Microwaved for total 7 minutes.Use flat thali(I use it) or kitchen marble if no steel plate available. Put almost 1spoon batter or more according to ur plate size and then use ur spatula and try to press it downward as thin as you can. Apply same for rest of the batter(at same time or mixture will become thick in bowl) then live it for 5-7 minutes. Now cut it and roll it. If it's good to roll then okay else keep it as it is for few minutes till it becomes non sticky and easy to roll.

Tadaka time:

Take a pan with little oil, add mustard seeds, white seasame seeds. Now switch off the flame pour it on Khandvi rolls garnish it wid coriander and grated coconut.

Delicious yummy Khandvi ready to eat!!! Hope it will turn out great at your end.. don't forget to post result here! :)
